Our services

AplikoHub provides paid marketing consulting services, including paid media and PPC audits and management, conversion rate optimisation, and marketing automation and AI implementation. The exact service and its scope are described at the point of purchase and in a written scope of work. We provide professional advice and implementation support; we do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, ranking or return.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services.

Orders and the service process

When you place an order, you provide the information and access we need to carry out the service, such as access to the relevant advertising or analytics accounts. We may contact you for clarification. We begin work once your order and the required information are received.

Fees and payment

Our service fee is shown clearly before you confirm any payment. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. You agree to pay the fee displayed for the service you select. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation before we begin work on your engagement. If we have not started work, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable for the portion already delivered, and any balance for work not yet performed is refunded. The cancellation and refund terms for each service are confirmed in your written scope of work. To request a cancellation, contact contact@aplikohub.com.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by information that is inaccurate, incomplete or provided late.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by Apliko Consulting OÜ or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee any specific result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with our services is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and jurisdiction
